hmmmm looks like a photoshop picture. since the one in front looks like a ranger, i cant see the skill bar good, but i think it was a ranger/mesmer.
i also see a corpse of a legendary dryder but group list shows 8 men with full heatlth

Arms: 5 Shards
Legs: 9 Ecto
Boots: 24 Vellum

95 Vellum, 9 Ecto, 5 Shards
